| Left arm letting me down I've just completed my first week's training/working out and something's that's become increasingly obvious to me is that my left arm is letting me down.
At the beginning of a workout it's not so much a problem but it gets rather frustrating towards the end. While I feel my right arm could go on for a couple more reps my left arm just gives up.
What should I do? Incorporate one night a week (maybe more?) into my routine where I just use my left arm? |
