So my I guess my question is: Can I use dextrose as a Carb replacement?
Obviously I'm still going to eat, just try and cut down a bit. - And going by some of the links on this board it works out to be cheaper too!!
Also, sometimes I cant decide if I'm hungry or not, or I think I'm hungry again shortly after eating. I have always had a fast metabolism but now it seems to have gone completely mental. Or perhaps my raging hunger is normal when working out everyday (cept weekends)?
Can anyone help here?

It actually takes less time to prep 6-8 'bodybuilding meals' than it does to make 3 square meals that the joe public love to eat
anyhow, as above, cant live on dextrose, your blood sugar levels will be all over the place
look to oat powder for something to add to drinks and make batches of food in the morning to consume through the day
