Eating too much

Hi, I think I'm spending too much time eating! It takes up a huge amount of time preparing meals, I eat oats and/or other carbs before I workout, but I'm thinking maybe I should switch to supplements to cut down on the time it takes to prepare and eat a meal.
So my I guess my question is: Can I use dextrose as a Carb replacement?
Obviously I'm still going to eat, just try and cut down a bit. - And going by some of the links on this board it works out to be cheaper too!!

Also, sometimes I cant decide if I'm hungry or not, or I think I'm hungry again shortly after eating. I have always had a fast metabolism but now it seems to have gone completely mental. Or perhaps my raging hunger is normal when working out everyday (cept weekends)?

Can anyone help here?

Thanks
