Narrow hammer grip chins + 20kg 3x8
incline bench 3x15 100kg (no spotter so stayed light)
bent over rows 3x10 120kg
weighted dips + 40kg 3x8
lat pull down 3x10
upright rows 3x10 70kg
concentration curls 22kg 2x10
10 mins cardio as hard to rush to get to work
