Yeah I wish I had been a bit more educated when I started, as you can see from my previous cycles I was doing d-bol for 12-16 weeks and started off on a gram of test. This was listening to empty heads at my gym. No one ever told me about liver protectants or anti-e's so I ended up with gyno and holes in my stomach lineing.

I wish I had used the internet for research and not just for downloading porn!
