| Re: German High Volume Training/ 10 x 10 When I used to train for strongman, I would train GVT for a few months to give my joints a rest from the heavy 1rep max and doubles/tripples. that I had done the rest of the year. It was good for mass but your looking at 8-12 weeks I think.
Its good to have a mix of high volume/medium intensity & low volume/high intensity in the year. |
