weight training 3-4 times per week
quality food
6 meals a day
200g of protein
400-500g of carbs to start
increase these above over time suited to your gains
100g of fat
2-3 years weight training
lots of sleep
no supplements
no gear
no listening to your friends
If at this point you havent gained weight, see your GP and have your thyroid checked
