Agree with above,

When people start training they always jump on the creatine whey protein band wagon. Its not needed at all really. Spend the money on chicken fillets, cans of tuna, oats, milk, eggs etc. These foods WILL add mass if you are training correctly and sleeping enough. Creatine powders and such will only HELP an existing good diet, they are not the basis of one.

Eat big and lift big. Learn how to work out the protein, carb, fat ( good and bad ) and calorie ammounts of what you eat. Once you get in the habit its dead easy. This will help you to know if you are getting enough of everything. Will also help down the line when you want to lose fat.
