But anyway, you need to add mass. You wont get "to big" that will never hapen so dont worry, to get the bicep boy/club look do heavy compounds like squats/clean and press/deadlifts.

Then do exersises like weighted situps, hyperextentions, russian twists, leg rases.

there all good for developing the abdomen. when you have added some muscle then think about reduceing the fat.

Dont rely on suplements, spend the money on real food and sort out the diet.
