hello all, firstly let me just say im new to forums in general and if ive done anything wrong by not hosting piccies then i guess ive wasted the last hour of my life! :(
bacically ive been training on and off for a year+ but i want to start getting more serious with training and going to the gym 3-4 times a week, my main objective is to look trim+lean im not looking to get seriously big but i want a more defined and toned look than my pic shows. normally i would be abit coy about showin off my body but im a total noob and am i need of advice.
lookin at pics do you think i need to burn off some fat around my stomach to see a defined 6-pack, or do i just not have the muscle there yet to be seen? couple of my friends from work are looking good and recommended norateen 2 heavyweight and a high protein shake, what do u guys think, thx for reading
