hamstring curl

3 x 12 at 6 plates ( duno weight)

seated calf raises

3 x 12 @ 40 kg

donkey raises

3 x 12 at 80kg

pro pep shake (pwo)

2 x chicken fillets with peppers and onion and brown pasta

2 x fish caps
