15 reps from a plate on the floor - body weight
15 reps from the floor - body weight
all this 3 times - you can't walk for 3 days at least the 1st time after doing this - i always swear like buggery doing this and i know its going to hurt getting up in the morning after doing this and having to walk round on my tip toes for the first hour of the day, but in some kind of masochistic way, i always looked forward to it - same with any kind of leg supersets :s
