Jesus, I must be takeing crazy pills but to me that looks like very little diffrence in that picture.

**** off if thats negative, its just truth - sometimes truth is a hard thing but its better living knowing whats real and not a bunch of BS prase.

The way I see it is Welly has waisted a year of training, theres somthing up with the diet/training/suplements for there to be no visable growth in a year. Its better he knows now and fixes the problem (or at least trys) rather than everyone feeding him falce prase when clearly theres a problem.

Blind prase helps no-one balance critique on the other hands drives everyone forward and makes us better.

How can you say theres progress there - theres next to no increase in size. plus with that picture its hard to tell if theres been any increase in definition or muscular development due to him wearing a wife beater.

If theres some better pictures then I will re-asses but with what was posted I can say theres little diffrence.

Nothing against Welly but I figure hes looking for a proper assement on his progress not just blind prase.

Why else post pictures.
