| Re: Avoiding innner thigh work bah you dont want your legs to look like twigs from the front. Abductors are realy important for support in loads of compound exersises (and most importantly the squat). If you want masive legs you need abductors. I used to get pain in my knees - when i started doing abductor exersises after 4 weeks I didnt get pain in my knees anymore & my squat sudenly started to go up. It was like newbie gains again. |
