Thanks for the replies guys aim 5ft 11 and 16st 4 in that pic have come down just under 16 stone now getting ready for my next show in 10 weeks I don’t mind the negative from WOGIHHA makes me train harder and just improve more Cheers guys post some new pics soon  |
