Its not just the bicep boys though, lets be fair here. Theres always a soccer mom doing 1000 reps with 5kg on the leg extention machine reading a copy of chat..
Just ask them "are you finished useing that?"
or even better if there doing stupid stuff just say "Im going to do squats now.."
if they complain tell them they can curl outside of the squat rack.
you could always flash a bit of the gash and see if there be more accomidateing
