| Someone else posted that calculator on another board im on and the general opinion was that its not entirely accurate! I dunno why but its miles off for me. My 1RM is only about 20lb more than what i use when im doing a 5x5 routine! When according to that calculator it should be about 70lb more!
I think the best way to find a 1RM out is to try it yourself and see! Oh.. and if its a squat or a bench make sure that its safe to do it!!!! |
