That sounds like the right one, but you are aware you cant just recon with the vinegar?
The reason for using acetic acid is to have the right Ph for the IGF to prolong its effective life in the vial, straight vinegar would be too acidic and defeat the purpose, (hurt a lot too I imagine).
Obviously it needs to be filtered and sterilised before use too, as well as being mixed with distilled water (and some BA IMO).
