Only been back on the gear recently so during the time I have been off (4 years) I noticed numerous times joints feeling stiff in the gym, shoulders and elbows playing up loads and eating loads of veggies every single night seemed to help. This was before I even heard of glucosamine so no I was not taking that. In fact for awhile i only ever bothered with protein powder and that's that.
I used to boil loads of different vegetables (broccoli, califlower, carrots, spinich, peas) on a sunday night, liquidise them (using most of the boiled water in the mix) and drink a pint everynight with my dinner. Only way to get all that down. I'm not saying all stiffness, joint pain gone just a definate relief was noticed in areas that bugged me. |
Ha ha. Ignore me. I have the disadvantage of a scientific background. Whatever works eh.
I like the idea of blending your veges. maybe with a little gravy powder to taste...hmm worked when I was a tiddler.
