meat prices at local butcher
Intresting, decided to see if my local butcher was any good.

17.50 per kg for sirloin steak
7.49 per kg for chicken breast

Not to bad, supermarket was 18.50 for sirloin steak, so supriseingly the local butcher had the better deal!

As I have a bigger freezer Im thinking to get maby 5-7kg that would tide me over the month nicely, woohoo good steak on tap.

Amazing when you consider the price of suplements a box of weightgainer costs maby 30 quid, you could have almost 2kg of the best steak for that!

or 4kg of chicken breasts.

I had some last night for dinner and it was delicious.

going to have some for my lunch muhahahaha.
