Granted I load up the vitamin C but I dont see a doctor for colds and flus. And I might be catching it before it's a full blown sore throat these days but so far everyone around me suffers.

Now I know what you saying BritBB but I can only report on what I have experience specially since I always used to get sore throats. Maybe faith in the remedy is more powerful than the virus... who knows?

And I dont believe doctors and all their shyte they talk anyway. After all they say steroids kills. Whenever you there they push whatever they get the most kickbacks.

"more muscle" - Try the salt water and report back to us. 3 days will be enough time to notice a good change.

You're saying salt water has saved you from colds? Or a mixture of lotions and potions? It's not really wise to comment on the immune system if you don't know how it works mate, don't you think? It may be the case that the bout of infection you suffered 10 years ago allowed you to develop a very effective specific immunity. I think your post in an uninformed one to be honest.

Anyway, antibiotics only work on bacterial infections not viruses. I think your getting mixed up between prevention and a remedy designed to relieve discomfort.

Gargling with salt water will most likely help him as he already has some sort of infection. It will ease his throat by reducing inflammation, but it won't save anyone from the common cold.

Doctors often say that steroids kill, but so do the majority of non steroid users. In fact, I would be a fool to think that my life is not being shortened even by the smallest degree by continued cycling of gear. Doctors do however save our lives.Trust me their interest is that of the patient.
