| Re: Bulkaholic's progress journal well shoulders tonight and it went quite well considering they are recovering from pull recently.
Dumbell shoulder press:
4 x 10 x 55lb
Side lateral raise:
3 x 10 x 32lb
straight arm pull downs superset with straight arm front raises
Finish with cable rear laeral raises.
Thought I would put a picture up as it seems i am still shedding a little fat.
