Theres a lot of talk on here about Cutting/Bulking Makes a lot more sense now. I am gonna monitor my calorie intake for a while (about 2300 for today) and then see if I need to cut it slightly whilst keepin up good protein and training.
I have been watching the protein and Fat but not paying much attention to calories.
See how I go.
