| That would be a really hard one to remember Paul but before I started juicing I was 10 stone. I am a true ectomorph with a turbo charged metabolism and find gaining weight very hard but easy to lose. My diet mostly consists of junk! yep Burger kings, KFC's, ice-cream and about 4 weight gain shakes a day. If I drop my calories even for a few days then I drop weight.
If I manage to gain and keep 4-5lbs on a cycle then I am happy
I change my workout every 8 weeks so I can't really say what I was doing at each time but my normal is
