First day went fine... small hiccup to start with though the buggers gave me the wrong address!!!! So apart having to trek 3 miles across town, it was a cool day... feet are sore today from wearing killer stiletto's for 7 hours!!!! Eeeek... at least I wont have to do much in the way of calf exercises from now on!
So update on training:
Donkey Calf Raises have not been added in so far.. but..
This is what I did yesterday
BB Squats 10kg - 3 x 12(low weight because i'm still watching my form on this)
Lunges 10kg 3 x 12
Seated Leg Press 3 x 12 79kg
Seated leg curl 3 x 12 40kg
Leg Extension 35kg 3 x 10 (quads were pumped by this time and were all wobbly!)
Seated Calf raises 3 x 20 70kg - (torn on how much to do here because i know I can do more!)
DB Flat Bench Press 18kg
Standing DB Shoulder press 10kg
Straight Arm pullover 8kg (Checking form again on this although I could definitely do more!!!)
Incline DB Fly 16kg
My gym was too full of d***heads by this point so didnt get round to doing shoulder/lateral raises. Doh!!
So anyway, in light of this latest session, my quads are a little tender today, but feeling good all the same... But I really should push myself a lot harder at the gym!!!
Note to self!!!! Push harder!!
