You need to eat VERY big, mate. You do hold some muscle, but if I were you I'd stop ANY isolation exercises & focus purely on heavy compounds. Squat, bench, deads, rows, SLDL, OHP, Close-grip presses.
I wouldn't even touch a bicep curl either mate. Nobody believes me, but seriously, don't do one single curl for about 3 months & see the difference in your biceps, mate. They get hammered from your back work.
I'd be very tempted to do a full body split, too. Or alternatively a push/pull/legs.
