| Help me loose my little belly My little love pod is bugging me now and I want rid, but I need to keep my energy levels high for all the cardio I do.
My weight has stayed constant for months and months (Just shy of 70kg) and I don't have much fat elsewhere but my waistline (33inch) is starting to bug me!
Typical days food
Breakfast7am

Midmorning10am

50g Cashew
Lunch (1:30-2ish)
2x Jacket Potatoes
1x Tin of Tuna (or mackerel)
2x dollops of low fat mayo
Probably too much butter
Mid afternoon 3-4ish
2bananas
Dinner 6-7
100g Basmati rice
266g lean mince
Homemade tomato sauce

I'm not running at the moment through injury, but from next week will be back pounding the tarmac again so will be adding that back into the schedule.
I know I don't eat enough veg btw ;)
