Thanks for the advice.

Not true mate. When your immune system is comprised exercise only further supresses it. It's when your in a normally healthy state that exercise boosts immunity due to- in simple terms- a rebound effect.

In rare cases excessive exercise when infected with something as minor as a cold has been known to cause myocarditis.

Rest is key mate.
