| Re: how to beat a hangover I don't drink that much these days, but if I do go on a session I always make sure I go for a steady 20 min jog afterwards, followed by drinking a minimum of 2 litres of water and having a couple of slices of wholemeal toast. This combination always sorts me out, even if I'm really sh1tfaced, and the next morning I generally just feel a bit tired and dehydrated. |
