| Re: gymrats killer calf routine Well I dont know if it makes them ghrow but you definately know youve worked them out which I usually never get unless Ive been running. I only managed 1 set aswell !!!
The first 30 on teh machine I had to stop at 15 and have a 30 second rest. Then on bodyweight ons I had a 20 second rest inbetween, I was ok with just raising body weight stood up.
Overall cracking routine, I will be using this one from now on and trying to up the sets and weight |
