As for probiotics, they need to be refrigerated by the manafacturer, retailer and yourself, so this rules out the US and most UK retailers. I'd personaly just buy some Kefir grains and make your own probiotics but if you insist on capsule form, then go to these guys as they refigerate them so they will still be of use when you get the product:
