my diets clean until the wkend when i drink, i now weigh around 13.6st and in the top 2 pics which was end of september i was under 13st (cant remember exact weight), but to think just under 2 yrs ago i was about 11.5st, mainly due to me being a bad gambler
im still thinking of doing a test-e course (which i have been saying for the last 8 months or so) but havnt had the commitment until now, as i feel like im realy enjoyin it at the mo and want to progress as much as i can |
