After watching lou ferigno in pumping iron, I now drop the bar to my chest shouting "arnold,arnold,arnold.........I need more weight, more weight! another 10lbs"
It messes my shoulders right up but the pumping iron afficionados appreciate the work required to complete the impression to such a high standard
