There is a lot of evidence that the body does not recognise liquid calories the same way as solid food, so if you notice that you are still hungry quite quickly, ditch the juice.

The one time your own juice would be awesome would be post workout.

I think it would be best to keep the fat low then, but for the life of me, I can't remember why right now, I think it is because it will blunt the insulin response, which you want then.
