Hi everyone,
I go on holiday in 3 days. Since yesterday i've felt a sore throat and a cold coming on.
Is there any way to stop a sore throat if you catch it early?
i.e.
Gargle Salt water
Use antiseptic throat spray
Pray to Jesus, Allah or Vishnu

anything????
