What does you juicer leave behind - pulp, etc? If its extracting the juice but removing considerable oranic matter that you do not consume, I think there would be a big diffrence in cabs consumed, also the GI value of the juice as opposed to eatin the whole food.

One further addtional would be the lack of roughage that you'd then have to allow for.
