my trainings about a hour a day at the gym and im working on one thing a day e.g back one day biceps another day etc. diet isnt good at all, i no pasta is a good carb and chicken is a good protien source but i dont no what works best for wot results etc. ive also got some oxymetelone as i was told it would get me bigger faster but after reading stuff on here i havint botherd with them, im on permanent nights at work too so i can eat 6 meals a day like some people as im asleep threw the day
this is all really new to me but i want to give it a shot so any help would be greatly epritiated !!
