I have tried them and you dont want to.............Hot is something fat people deal with....lol, like myself......just kiddin.......
Honestly, when I lose weight, I get cold, when I am heavy, I am warm.
Many drugs will effect this condition in both directions both hot and cold.
Sweating is totally normal, smelling like crap is not.
Evaporation causes refrigeration, this is a welcome thing, it has to do with the bodies ability to maintain a preferable core body heat.
The opposite, is being in a cold environment and shivering takes place.
The body is only adapting to its stimilus...........
