I do have some sort of routine worked out, legs will be done tomorrow
Took me and my dad 3 hours to get the bench up by the way! (remember the one I pointed out in another thread a few days back? ) It was easier than I thought it would be to put together though.
My diet is definitely improving too, I'm eating more now and getting more protein in me.
By the end tonight I really couldn't do anymore, my arms were shaking when trying to lift lol.
Have I got it right though that I complete one type of lift first before moving on to the another? (i.e do my 3 sets of flat bench presses before moving on to incline bench presses)
