forgot i posted an update with no text hehe

diet and training has been out of the window last week, just lack of motivation and some problems crept up that just drained me, i mean i trained but i was really there if you know what i mean!

anyways! thinking about joining a local gym to which i havent tried yet, alot of HUGE guys come out of there so im guessing they got decent gear for compounds etc

will take a butchers in the week!

either way quads have rocketed, calves remain the same, but atleast im getting more into proportion with my upper body!

ive also jumped up weights, gains were going slow and i think thats one reason why i lost interest so my bench i have whapped another 10 kg on bringing him to 80kg for 5/6 reps for 3 sets, im just playing around at the moment, finding my true lifting
