Re: Best weight to start with?

i personally would focus on compounds for you at the moment, bench press is good, are you able to do deadlifts and squats etc

perhaps you already got it in your routine and im jumping the gun

no-one will mock the weight you are lifting mate!

if you felt like you was lifting weights that wasn't 'comfortale' then you are doing good

as you are starting now, you gains will go quickly, get a good diet behind you and you will easily double lifts

if your working your muscles to the point of 'i cant do anymore or ill sh!t myself' then you are doing perfect, keep at it, lift hard and heavy and eat well
