Did my first workout tonight consisting of flat bench press, incline bench press, dumbell flyes and skull crushers. I was aiming for 3 sets with 10 reps each leaving a gap of about 3 mins in between.
I managed to do it with 10kg (which will probably sound hilarious to you all here, but nevermind lol) with flat bench press .. but then struggled with the rest. Did 3 sets of 10 - 8 - 8 with incline bench press.
Dumbell flyes I did 3 sets of 8 - 8 - 8 but with 2.5kg on each dumbell (seemed to struggle the most with this one!). With skull crushers I did 3 sets of 8 - 7 - 7 with 5kg.
Any thoughts/tips? No taking the p*ss either please
