I've been told different thigs off diferent people, think im going to stick to chin as I feel it working my delts well there...
Yeah, it's after the set or next morning my elbows hurt, sometimes they click, doctor said it was ligament moving over the joint or something... I'll keep it in mind not to lock or stop, cheers. |
