and dont laugh

been training hard for the last month and have been training to id say 75% of effort in the last 6 months, ive gained around 18lbs in that time and was and believe still am a skinny dude, but hopefully i will continue to improve and keep up the effort ive put in in the last few weeks. Only done a few exercises on this video at home in me garage, this was just because i couldnt get to the gym today so decided to film it for a laugh. My diets been mainly eatin good sources of protein from food and no supplements added at all as of yet
