i was given diazpan by the doc a couple months back after i pulled my back deadlifting, to ease the muscle spasms, to be honest i only took 1 and it made me sleepy, maybe you should ask the doc for some beta blockers, which will stop your heart racing which is the thing that makes panic attacks worse, |
