I have competed in BBing, figure and the last one was 'un-trained' figure, I guess it was sort of like a slightly muscular bikini comp

1. Most of the pics were really bad and I looked FAT

2. You are only as good as your last comp, that is the one most people remember

3. The judges have a memory as well, and sometimes if you end up having a 'reputation' for, 'Gee, too bad they never really quite nail their condition', then that can stick, and the judges will be checking out your condition more carefully, or overlooking you entirely the next time.

4. It was really embarassing

You can probably get away with it once, or if it is your first comp and not really up on things.

Everyone is often given one 'pass'.

Think about Jay Cutler.

His win at this year's Olympia was a bit controversial because a lot of people said his condition wasn't the best.
