Im speaking as a Lurker, it does take the **** how many of these threads pop up. I hope there isn't a limited number of posts to get on the forums that provide all the information but I guess it would stop me lurking just so I can read Hackskii advice which is always good.

Here's my suggestion's

1. The first reply anyone who replies puts is to ask 'What does PCT mean?' if they dont reply or get the answer wrong delete the thread.

2. The next idea I had is give them a link to Muscle Talk and tell them to ask there. Haha.

I am on this board everyday following Luke, Db, James, and Con learning and being inspired, I post when I think I can Help (9paks gym thread for instance) and do feel part of the community even tho most people dont know me and Im sure there are lots more like me who value the knowledge we get from constructive threads.
