what will your body adapt to if you employ progressive overload?

you are trying to gain weight arent you?
empty cardio PWO cardio both liable to be detremental to said goal
you either cut or bulk and add dbol to that mix and you arent going to enjoy running

pick a training plan, employ progressive overload and you dont have these issues
winging it, throwing in, changing things is not something i would do or advocate whilst on this cycle
