| sliced US competitor thread from a while back - anyone remember?
A while back, I think when James was prepping for the Arnold, there was a link to a thread on another board of a US athlete who was absolutely shredded. I think he was a middleweight amateur.
Bit of a vague outline to give, but does anyone remember it? James L posted about it and I thought it was in his Arnold journal but can't find it.
