Could anyone suggest 3 meals that'll make me feel good that i can eat everyday and then i'll incoorperate my shakes the rest of the times. I will just eat the same thing everyday as i just eat for nessesity not really for enjoyment.
Can anyone tell me diet that is quick and easy has 3 meals a day and will supply me with everything i need and make me feel less like i'm gonna go to sleep and never wake up again. Please. are there any more suppliments i should be taking ?
